Four apps. One care team.
One platform for the people running SIL houses, the families behind them, the coordinators around them, and the OTs writing their reports, built alongside operators, not by consultants.
The four apps
Aura OS
No more scrambling before an audit visit: Aura OS turns your shift notes and incident logs into an audit-ready evidence pack.
Open Aura OS → For families and carersCompass
Stop chasing providers for updates and digging for paperwork: Compass keeps your participant's whole NDIS life organised in one place.
Open Compass → For support coordinatorsPilot
Stop rebuilding 12 months of evidence the night before plan review: Pilot pulls it in from your whole care team as it happens.
Open Pilot → For OTs and behaviour support practitionersScrive
Stop spending hours writing reports nobody acts on: Scrive turns your session notes into a grounded report your team actually uses.
Open Scrive →Every app opens on your care network: the people around your participant, by role. When a role's missing, Clearline suggests the connection. Scan a QR or share your Connect ID, and the apps share what you consent to share. Nothing moves until both sides approve.
Each app earns its place on its own. Connected, each one makes the others better: that's the network.
One connected NDIS. Four apps. One care team. Clearline Connect by Clearline Health. Aura is free for your first two participants.

Frequently asked questions
Which app should I start with?
It depends on your role: SIL providers start with Aura OS, families start with Compass, support coordinators start with Pilot, and OTs start with Scrive. You can add the others any time.
Do the apps work on their own?
Yes. Each app works on its own: use the one that fits the work. Connected through Clearline Connect, shift notes, plan reviews and reports move automatically between connected apps, so the whole team benefits.
Where is my data hosted?
Database in Supabase Sydney (ap-southeast-2), API on Fly Sydney, file storage in Cloudflare R2 APAC. Customer data is stored and processed in Australia; the few US sub-processors we use (error reporting, payments, AI) are named in our privacy policy.
How much does it cost?
Aura OS is free for your first two participants, then it grows in simple bands: $290/month for 3 to 10 participants, $690/month for 11 to 30, $1,200/month for 31 to 60, and custom pricing above 60 (AUD, ex GST). Compass and Scrive are free, always. Pilot is free for solo coordinators, forever. Migration is free, always.
