• 12 Jun 2026Pilot — the participant's year, as one story. A new Timeline tab assembles the whole plan period — contacts, goals, observations (marked whose words they are), reports, funding milestones, shared clinical reports, connections — into one chronological record, topped by a plan-review readiness score: six checks that either show green or tell the coordinator the next move. • 12 Jun 2026Compass — the participant's own sign-in. Families can now invite the participant to their own Compass: a simple, big-type home where they see their goals (and say how it's going, in their own words), read how their day went, and own their About Me. • 12 Jun 2026Participant voice — their words, in their record. Journal entries (Aura) and goal observations (Compass) can now be flagged as the participant's own words, captured with a worker's or the family's help. The provenance travels everywhere the record goes — the family digest may quote them, the Support Coordinator sees "in their own words" on goal evidence, and plan-review packs carry the person's voice, not just everyone else's. • 12 Jun 2026Aura OS — house mode for shared SIL homes. Label participants with their house and the Handover screen groups them: one-tap entry per resident, an "Also at [house]" strip to brief through the whole home without leaving the screen, and Journal entries that can apply to several residents at once — each landing as an independent entry on their own record. Add a participant in Aura or Pilot and one screen invites their whole care team — family, Support Coordinator, OT — in a single send (the family field even prefills from the emergency contact). Email invites now complete for existing accounts too: click the email, sign in, connected — no separate approval tap, in any direction across the four apps. • 12 Jun 2026Compass — About Me, the daily digest, and the goal loop. Families write an About Me in their own words and share it straight to the provider's shift handover (edits flow through live). The dashboard gains "How was the day?" — a gentle end-of-day digest written from the support team's journal (provider-approved; incidents appear as a flag only, never detail). And the Support Coordinator's plan goals are now visible in Compass, with a "what we noticed" form that lands family observations in the SC's evidence record. Compass docs →
• 12 Jun 2026Pilot — claim statements, contact cadence, goals to the shift floor. Set an hourly rate and logged billable minutes become claim statements (CSV download, automatic ledger postings, voidable). The caseload shows last-contact colouring with a 30-day nudge on Today. • 12 Jun 2026Scrive — Behaviour Support Plans + FBA. Practices that write behaviour support can set their practice type and draft Interim BSPs (1-month deadline tracked), Comprehensive BSPs (5 months from the interim's submission) and FBAs — with provider-approved incident summaries + journal excerpts as assessment evidence, and worker-facing strategies published to the provider's shift handover on share. • 12 Jun 2026Aura OS: the Journal. Progress notes became the Journal: workers capture the day once, entries attach to the shift automatically, and sign-off drafts the handover + shift notes from them (paid bands). • 10 Jun 2026Scrive — plan-cycle Progress Reports. The highest-volume OT report joins the wizard: a structured brief captures the reporting period, sessions delivered against NDIS support items, and goal-by-goal progress (plan goal → therapy goal → baseline → current), and the draft reports outcome-measure change against each measure’s clinically-significant threshold — scores are never invented. • 7 Jun 2026Aura OS: worker compliance onboarding & lifecycle. The Staff section now turns your screening + training data into a managed lifecycle: a Ready / Expiring / Blocked status pill per worker, an Onboarding & Compliance panel with expiry countdowns + evidence, proactive nudges 90/30/7 days before any clearance lapses, and a roster gate that warns (with a logged reason) when a compliance-blocked worker is rostered. • 7 Jun 2026Scrive — evidence engine + SDA pack. The fundability check is now backed by structured recommendations: NDIS item codes are validated against the live support-item catalogue (active + in effective window), quote-required supports are caught at any price, and attached supplier quotes build a value-for-money table against the NDIS benchmark. SDA reports add the reviewer's checks — design category (Improved Liveability / Fully Accessible / Robust / HPS), the value-for-money justification, and the housing decision pathway. Scrive docs →
• 7 Jun 2026Pilot — Plan Budget Allocator + Radar + plan-vs-actual. Plan a package into a Core / Capacity Building / Capital split (shown as support hours/week at the SIL ratio + therapy hours/year), then watch it: the Radar flags under-spend, burn-rate and review-readiness across the caseload, and plan-vs-actual shows each category's target vs actual spend paced to the plan window. Finalised events and goals can now be corrected with an amendment (a correcting entry that shows the original struck through — the record is never silently rewritten). As you draft, check each recommendation against what NDIA reviewers require — unmapped item, thin justification, AT/home-mod with no assessment, over-$1,500 without quotes, not goal-linked — for a “% fundable as written” + the gaps to fix before you submit. • 27 May 2026Connect IDs hidden from Compass, Aura + Pilot UX (Step 3a + 3b). Family / SIL provider / Support Coordinator users now invite and connect entirely by email. Connect IDs remain in the backend as cross-product identifiers and in the Aura ↔ Scrive interop flow until Scrive modernisation. No user-facing CLR-XXXX-XX surfaces in the three primary apps. • 22 May 2026Aura — approve family connection requests from Compass. When a Compass family connects to your service from their side, the request appears in Aura under Settings → Family connections from Compass with Approve and Decline buttons. Active connections also show up on each participant's Care team section. Closes a UI gap where the request was created but had no Aura-side approval surface. How Connect works →
• 18 May 2026All four Clearline apps are now on the Apple App Store. Aura OS, Compass, Pilot NDIS and Scrive are all live as native iOS apps — install from the App Store or keep using the web. Same account, same data across web and native. Links: Aura OS, Compass, Pilot NDIS, Scrive.
• 16 May 2026Path C — invite a family to Compass by email. Aura admins can invite families to Compass directly via email — no manual setup. The link materialises automatically once the family enters the participant's NDIS number on their Compass plan. How it works →
